I'm just collecting data at this point.  As soon as I get a few replies I'll create a map and see what we come up with, then update as needed.

In your reply add your city for location and also what month would normally be good and/or if one of the holiday weekends would work (Memorial Day, 4th of July or Labor day).

Central, Midwest and West please chime in as well, having geographic locations on those who are interested it may be helpful for have Regional Roundups.

Memorial day is definitely out for me. Any other time , I'm available. We were talking last night and thought somewhere close to the factory would be nice. Taberella says Ebys Pines State Park in Indiana is a great place to have a roundup. www.ebyspines.com

Farthest Distance:  No preference
Date:  No preference, as we are retired you know Clap

I think the area close to the factory would be great.  However, it sounds like they have no schedule for when they produce the Pod.

Prefer to go north to get away from the heat a bit...this June has been AWFUL here in NC...although today is just BEAUTIFUL....breezy and mid 70s right now...will probably hit the low 80s later

I have no interest in the location being near the factory, and a location near the factory would be further than I want to drive.

Hilton Head, South Carolina. I was unable to attend this year, but would love to next year. I work, but could take a week off. So no more than a 1000 miles since I drive alone.
