John and Linda- 2 people and a 4 legged family member who will be happy just trolling the ground for dropped scraps.

Will contribute a Mexican Tamale/ Cornbread casserole made entirely in the microwave. Serves about 6- hopefully that is OK? What serving size are we all aiming for? Guess I could make two casseroles- because a larger one wouldn't fit in the microwave. Maybe I'll wait and see how many entrees are volunteered.

That sounds good like a good idea to just wait and see.  Since people don't take as much of any one dish at a potluck, one casserole might well be enough.  It sounds great.

We'll have 3 in our pod.

I'm thinking corn on the cob cooked over the fire in the husk.

Thumbs Up  We are two in our Pod.  Will bring our own drinks, dinnerware and a veggie dish.  I think if enough people contribute food there'd be no need for you to organize a main dish.  Just go pot luck.

In the end there's just a song comes cryin up the night

We will do a large Dutch Oven main dish: Italian sausage, peppers, onions  and tomatoes. Can't wait!

There are two of us (Tom and Ella) in our T@B named  T@berella (Thanks for making us welcome at your rally!)

Our experience, from having attended many T@B rallies is that there is always more than enough food, including main dishes -- if you make the "main dish" an option for people to bring. I don't think that you would need to have any other supplamental main dish. I never left a T@B rally potluck hungry, and I can't imagine that R-Podders will be any difference.

This past weekend we were at the Indianpolis RV show, and saw several R-Pods with new floorplans including that fold-out bed unit -- they were receiving lots of attention!

Maybe 2.  Definitely 1.

Italian meatballs, or something similar.  Crossing the border with food is difficult (and often verbotten) so we'll have to hit the grocery store on the US side.
