Looking at the shower walls, they appear to be the same material as the rest of the paneling. I also notice that there is a piece of joint tape holding the panels together.
Question: How well do you think the walls will maintain their waterproof integrity? I was thinking about slathering on a couple of coats of a good polyurethane. Any ideas out there?

The walls seem to be pretty water resistant.
I just wipe down the walls when I'm done and they look fine.

I was looking at the shower walls too, and had the same questions. Not that I plan to shower a lot in there...more like a rinse off I guess.

Oh...I'd thought about clear plexi covers...did somthing like that under my kitchen sink...easy clean up...but probably too heavy for the pod. I tend to over complicate things
