Hi all. I'm trying gmandual's suggestion. I flipped my drawbar to lower the ball height about 2". It should give me 1 to 1 1/2" more clearance at the back. I installed a short foot plate on the front jack because the 4" wheel I had been using didn't have enough clearance below the retracted jack to allow it to be removed with the lowered ball height. The foot plate adds only 1/2" or so to the jack foot so I won't need to remove it for travel. |
