We plan on being there by around noon or earlier on Friday. If you check with them, see if we can stake out a place for the R-Domes. I wouldn't be caught without mine.
Being close together would sure make socializing easier. We are really looking forward to seeing all of you guys.

Called the park. Reservations are first come first serve. She did suggest that since I would be there on Thursday to come to the office at 8:30am and claim the other two. So as of right now that is the plan!

So since it's only three of us, do we want to do a Potluck or Plan a meal (Bring your own Steak, and a side to share), for Saturday.
Up for ideas Lee  ALSO if you live close and just want to come and spend the day all PODDERS are welcome. |

I opt for plan a meal. That way we get good groceries to much on and everyone knows what needs to be done. Keep me posted on what's happening.
Just got back from Huntsville a couple of hours ago. I'll post some observations and some insight from some of the park hosts.

Ok how's this for easy. I will bring a couple of small steaks for Myra and Myself (for grilling either open flame or I have a little George Foreman), on the way in I'll Stop at H.E.B. (in seguin since I won't have a fridge with me just a cooler) before I pick up Podterfly and pick up some vegges, spinach dip and bread to share. Of course we will have our own drinks as well.
Everyone bring there grill item (pock chop, steak etc) and something to share like a toss salad, or side dish of noodles or rice, potato salad, or desert. Lee So I'm a real dork, I call the storage guy today to check on PODTERFLY , first time in 18 months she hasn't been near me. |

That sounds like a great menu! Something to grill and a side (or two). I will work on a dessert too.

Lee, is this for Friday nite? Sounds good to me, too. Will bring sweet (cake or pies or cookies).
What about Sunday, are many of you staying through Monday morn?
Don't feel bad, we moved the "RosePod" to under the tree and I got upset cause I can't look out window and see her....but don't worry, out of site does not mean out of mind (dreamed about her last nite)
