I don't know if any of you have had the under cabinet TV screen drop down on bumpy roads, but I'm concerned that this could do some damage. My wife was cutting the elastic waistband off an old pair of pajamas for reasons known only to fellow quilters. I immediately picked it out of the trash, cut it in half (around 15" unstretched), and placed heavy duty snaps about 3/4" from each end. I attached mating snaps on the cabinet about 1 1/2" from each side of the set. When attached the strap goes under the folded TV screen keeping it from popping down accidentally. I now feel confident that when we next travel the grueling corderoy road to Chaco Canyon the TV will be fine.
