R.Pod Model 177-Can not get the water pump to turn on. Light comes on but pump does not operate. PLEASE HELP!

well start at the fuse panel..if no fuse's are burnt...go to the pump and check to see if you got power going to it with a tester..if you have power going to your pump it might need replaced..if theres no power at your pump then you will have to try to trace your wires and find where the power stops..im not a pro but thats where i would start..

Not sure if it matters or not, but make sure the city water is not hooked up while trying the pump.

We had a problem with a loose wire on our pump. You might want to check the connections.
