I have no LED lights inside the POD.  We have a very early 2010 model 172

I'll admit mine look like they are LEDs through the lens, but when I pulled the cover off... they weren't.

Another way is to open the cover.  Grab the lens like you are holding a baseball and gently squeeze the long sides towards each other.  The small fixtures have one bulb and the larger ones have two.  We took one of the bulbs out of the fixture above our bed this past weekend, too much light when the kids are in bed.

One sure way to check is feel the outside lens with the light on.  If it gets hot it is NOT a LED.

Sorry about that. I thought the dealer told us the inside lights were LED. Whatever they are, they sure are bright!

our 2010 177 does not have LED lights inside.

The Tail-lights are LED

The refridge has inside LED lights. (I think they have a blue tint to them)

HAPPY PODing !!!

None of the pods have LED lights inside.  Not even the new 177's

Ours is considered a 2010 model and it does have LED lights inside. They are very bright, lots of good light.
