There's no such thing as an analog or digital antenna. The radio frequencies (UHF & VHF) that television antennae "catch" today are the same frequencies that they "caught" 50 years ago. (And since I guess those frequencies are analog, I suppose that makes all antennae analog. But I digress...) It's the tuner that's analog or digital - the signal being carried on those frequencies is coded analog-ly or digitally, but that's the tuner's job, not the antenna's. Antennae that say they are digital do so for marketing purposes. And most of them do say "digital" because they don't want to be passed up by a misinformed customer who thinks he needs a "digital" antenna.

What you need is an amplified multi-directional UHF/VHF antenna.

sorry to hear about the theft, sigh.. I guess nothing is safe from theft. Where was your pod when it was stolen? I have had other theft issues but had not previously worried about my antenna.
