Here is a link to the video that olphart made while we were at Maumee Bay a couple of years ago. I don't know how many of you have seen it, but it is quite enlightening.

We use silcone spray in the track and it helps greatly when sliding the cabana.  We apply it maybe twice a year.  Bob and Nancy Fox
