Is there someone who can do this or is willing to take on this responsibility? I know that I don't have the technical knowhow to get myself out of a paper bag but would hate to see bad things continue to go on here unchecked.

You would have to be an admin.. I Pm'd them a couple times. No response.

My guess is the owner and admins have abndoned the forum. It will fill with spammers and adds soon in my experience.
