In ordinary course, I'm definitely a champion for "free speech". However, this chap doesn't quite understand that this isn't a tree stump or soap box in Hyde Park. In that context, and assuming our posted or published ground rules allow the moderator to "censor" postings, yes, by all means remove these rather offensive communications. Apparently the Mods/Admins could give two-sh*ts about the spam or the software is unable to block, athough I think a simple banning of that username would be a great start.
