Hi,
We just took our 2012 rpod HR edition out last weekend, has been working flawlessly for nearly a year. I went to light the stove and couldn't. I figured the tank was empty, we had a full one and swapped, no better. The one I just took out ran our portable campfire the rest of the trip. The think is, I can get a trickle of gas to the stove. And the trickle of gas was enough for the fridge the whole trip (3 days). So were were without hot water/heat/stove for the weekend. So it seems like a regulator issue? I can't imagine what else. Anyone else had this problem? I think we bought last October so I'm hoping still in warranty. Thanks David J. |

Sounds like a regulator problem to me.

I had that same problem with my last refill. Just turn on the gas on the tank and remove the hose from the tank, leave the gas on and repeed hose on and of for about 6 times and you should be good.

You may have accidentally tripped the safety in the regulator. Read about it here:
Apparently if you turn the gas on at the appliance before you open the gas tank valve, or open the the gas tank too fast, the safety device thinks there's a leak and restricts the gas flow until you reset it. |

The thing is, the furnace nor the hot water heater would light, clicking but no-go. So I don't think it's a stove issue. I'll try that on/off repeat thing tomorrow and let you all know how it turned out. Thanks for all the suggestions.
