Saw a camper with a 15 gallon drum in the bed of his TV while at Loramie SP, he could fill this and then transport it to the camping unit, as most of the Ohio State parks only have electric hookup.  I was impressed and had to have one for myself, then the search was on, online suggestions of city water works(chlorine), bakeries (molasses), softdrink bottling plants.  No luck, guy at the water plant said he saw some at the local large dairy farm, they get udder sanitizer in them.  The price was right, free. At trip to the hardware store for a bunghole stopper and brass faucet under $5.  Will take it with us to Mohican SP this week no worries of running dry.

That sounds like an awesome investment! How would one fill that tank? Does it have a hose attached for filling and discharging? What if the spigot doesn't allow for a hose hook-up, does it have an opening up top to manually fill it? Does it have a pump for discharge/filling the RV?

This would be useful in places such as NP campgraounds with no utilities on site.

3" bunghole on top for fill, plug was missing, got a pvc plug at Fremont Hardware 1" plug also on top used a 1" to 1/2 stepdown fitting screwed in a brass boiler drain that has a hose thread, will have to lay it down to drain, the truck bed is higher than the freshwater inlet. I have seen pics of this jug online, lowest price $20 plus shipping.
