There is probably something in this forum on how to do this but I can't find it. ALSO I need a contact resource on how to contact Forrest River to buy a wall panel to cover the hole I am going to make when I remove it.

Gearing up for happy Podding!

Took ours out, should be able to reach in underneath and undo the pipe.  Then it is just removing 6 screws I think pulling it off the wall from the sealer, removing the extra pipe pieces, cap it, throw up the new wallboard to cover what is probably a huge hole!  and then seal the crap out of it.

gives so much extra shower room with it gone!

Thanks that sounds easy enough. Is the Phone# and "Kendra" a contact at Forrest River?

I've been wanting to do this mod for a while. We never use the shower and if we do, without the sink there will be so much more room. Thanks for the info guys.

Did anyone ever find out if FR sells either a wall panel cover or pieces of wall covering to fabricate a matching cover for where the sink is removed?

I just purchased new wall paneling and trim to repair the bath wall when I removed the top bunk. The R-Pods are being assembled at the Surveyor trailer plant. Amy Simpson at 574-642-3119 X209 shipped all the trim and wall pieces we needed this month. She asked for the VIN# of the trailer to match the material specifications.

I suggest calling Amy.
