If you google Schwintek  and go to their web site, you will find a couple of excellent videos on the slideout system.

Thank you for the advice on the jumper cables. Being a new owner wasn't sure what to do. But the main reason for the posting is Coach-Net new mailing address.

Carry a set of jumper cables.. when all else fails, hook up the truck battery to the Pod battery with the jumper cables, get slide in etc.

After a bad camping weekend, thought I share some important issue to anyone who used Coach Net as there emergency road side assistance.

We renewed our payment to Coach-Net back in July. Well before it was due, over the Labor day weekend. Our power convertor went out (Wafco brand) to our 2016 R-Pod 180. I called Coach Net and was informed we didn't have service from them it has expired. Couldn't get in touch with Coach-Net until Tuesday.

Found out they have changed there PO box address so I have included there new one below please check your coverage, before you venture out. Lucky we where only 100 plus miles from home. Main issue slide out wont re track when you have no power. I will post a link later on how to remedy this issue to get the slide out back in.

New address check your statement to conform your payment goes to this one.
