Replaced non switched incandescent porch and switched front service lamp units with Kohree LED units. Old bulbs in both cases blackened same as with interior bulbs in separate post. Lots of illumination and a lot less heating power consumption. I am also satisfied that I sealed the gaping 1" wiring holes effectively. It was obvious there was no attempt by the manufacturer to seal the wire passage in the bodyside holes.

When I had incandescent bulbs I melted my porch light lens.

Yes, I have seen this with similar interior lighting in Class 8 HD Hwy trucks that actually resulted in at least one fire.
