The upper doors on my kitchen cabinets swing out and I noticed when I bend down and come up I could hit my head on the lower corner of the door, with disasterous results. So I want to make some sliding doors in tracks. Anybody done this?

Why not put in tambour doors no chance for them to open while traveling.

ok you got me interested, but do you have any more picks or how-to do it? your cabinets are different than mine and I can't really see how it would work. what is tambour and how do they work? can I just put in doors without cabinets too? thanks

Tambour doors that roll like in a roll top desk. I did put in a set of sliding doors under the upper bunk

Maybe I can get the sliding doors to work. if I can install tracks. they need to slide one in front of the other because there is no room for tambour doors.
