Our new r-pod 179 has tension blinds that are supposed to raise and lower with the touch of a human hand. Ours did not do this. Results were: one broken blind behind the kitchen table, one that just hangs there where the counter and sink are and the one at the foot of the bed. That one was raised, but now refuses to come down. Are blinds covered under warranty and any suggestions to correct this problem.
