TV antenna led on all the time

   Hello out there, I have noticed that the tv antenna red led is on oll the time!
We run a R-pod 180 2018 model.  I have placed the switch on the tv panel on or off with no effect.  I opened up the panel where the coax cables live and found that by removing a gray coax cable it turns the red led off but freezes the picture, moving it and the other black coax has no effect, except what i mentioned above.  Does anybody know if I have to go into the tv antenna on top?  Open to ideas.  Thank you
