Hi all. New user here. We purchased a 2018 rPod 176T a few months ago, new to the rPod but not RVing.

We bought our camper 'new' from an out of state dealer and had it delivered. We understood that it had belonged to a different dealer that went bankrupt, and our dealer purchased it from the bank. So, it's 'new', but not perfect. No big deal in that we saved a considerable amount of money. I've spent about $25.00 so far buying odds and ends that were missing, like the tongue jack foot, the fresh water tank drain plug, etc. Nothing major.

The two things I'm struggling with are:

License plate bolts. Really? I've tried just about everything I can think of with the exception of steel screws and nuts. The bracket is so tight to the body that I have only about the thickness of a nut. I'm afraid steel will damage the body behind the nut Can anyone tell me what exactly Forest River puts on these? I suppose I can buy SS screws/nuts/washers and space the so they're safe, just seems like it should be much simpler.

Second, the kitchen sink strainer is missing. It is threaded. I can find some that I think may work, but don't want to go through the Amazon experience and return small items that don't fit. Does anyone know which strainer fits this?

For the record, I've checked Camping World and Amazon. Any other retailers?

Any help is appreciated.

Strainer replacements are on the wall in the plumbing dept. at Lowes.

I bent the bracket for a bit more clearance, used plastic bolts and nuts.
