I have been annoyed with receiver to hitch rattle/slop that is an inherent aspect of all standard hitches I have ever owned or used.  The clunking is most apparent when applying brakes or accelerating in slow moving traffic.  I don't use a WD hitch or anti sway device. This auto hitch tightener I found to be quite a remarkable $12 add on to eliminate this slop and make the driving experience so much better.  I am sure there are many similar brands that do the same but I just thought I would share the one I bought and installed.
