Thanks to all the ideas found here, we have done the following mods:  1) Moved table leg assembly forward 5" to allow table to be moved over the rear cushion, thus allowing access without knocking everything off.  Now working on stablizing table during travel.  2) made cover for stove top burners  3) added trim to top of microwave cabinet to allow storage 4) made pole to support bunk while getting/putting stuff under bed.  5) added angle iron on each side of battery box so batter would not move back & forth. Now here are our latest mods:

Sewer Hose Carrier:

Hose carrier Cap, used turn buckle set and cut to fit.

Fence post with cap on, threaded rod inserted thru cap and post and cap screwed on

Straps for hanging post to frame of trailer

View of carrier & post installed

We installed the carrier 1" past frame on door side and it is 2" from the edge of the frame on the street side of the trailer.  We have not added the gutter tray yet.

I posted these mods some time ago, and just realized they weren't in the List your Mods. Ouch

Hi Everyone,

These are the mods I have made on my Pod 152 this summer in addition to the air conditioning fan mod I previously posted:

1. Installed 130 Degree door peep hole from Lowe’s Stock #148302 which fits Pod door thickness.

2. Replaced ugly ironing board table base with an aluminum boat seat pedestal mounted on a 18” x 32” plywood carpet covered base which can be slid side to side for better access to seating and easily removed for travel.

3. Ceiling lights over table are too bright & are glaring at eye level, so added boat halogen brass flexible reading lamps (marinediscounts@yahoo.com) on end of cabinets for nicer lighting.

4.Since gas water heater LED only lights while starting, wired a 12v LED on side of heater switch so can tell when gas heater running.

5. Curtain to screen bunks.

6. Soap & shampoo dispensers (Home Depot) and stainless towel rod (BB & Beyond).

(Mods continued in another reply)

(Pod 152 Mods Continued)

7. Towel hook & mirror on shower door.

8. Installed 19” Toshiba HD TV with built in DVD player on swivel mount, hung shelf from cabinet for HD satellite receiver & permanently installed stereo speakers above.  TV is mounted on an oak backboard mounted to the wall & resting on countertop & is secured with quick connect strap when traveling. (I don’t use the stove, but those who did could fashion a cover out of HD foil or ? to protect TV).

9. Bed tray table to cover stove which I never use.

10. Had pull straps sewn on each end of screened dome vinyl slide for easier gripping.

11. Installed HD winch battery quick disconnect (gorillawinches.com) & also a smaller plug on battery for chargers so it can be quickly removed and locked inside trailer during storage (solar charger placed in window keeps it charged).  Also can use the same battery for my trolling motor while traveling which has been equipped with the same HD plug.  Also, put the same HD plug on a pair of jumper cables to Pod can be temporarily hooked to car battery & alternator if necessary. Battery is secured while traveling by a locking clamp (not pictued) from b-drvbatterylock.com.

12. Installed single-ended lock (Home Depot) through enlarged hole in propane cylinder & hole in tank support plate to prevent theft while in storage.
