I just saw a neat video of some cutaways of the Forest River Surveyor bonded wall structure at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IBu19XyBLLA
This should apply to the R Pod walls as well.
The roof of the R-Pod I think may be traditional fibreglass bats as demonstated in the portion of the video about the competitions wall structure. This would be because of the relative difficulty of forming the skins into the roof curve by hand. Comming out the yacht building industry where I built moulded fiberglass boats up to 50' for nearly 20 years, vacuum bagging curves is not all that hard once you are jigged up for it. But I am not sure how FR builds their roofs, although I would have confidence in the wall structure if it is done like the FR Surveyor.
