I can not tell, is there a off and on on this shower head?   I really need to replace ours.  It doesn't put out much water.  Someone told me I had to put in a larger water pump, but I do not want to do this.

Water pumps only work when you're NOT hooked up to city water.

Yes it does have an inline shutoff.  Mine had a much improved flow compared to the stock shower head.  However, its still not like the shower at home.

I had no problem replacing my shower head with one with an on off switch.  I did not notice a lessening in water flow.
