I have found that a 1/4 sheet cake pan fits in the 'pod oven nicely. Also a small pizza pan fits - but BARELY. LOL

I just cooked in the convection oven for the first time. That is, if you call pizza cooking! I put a 12" pizza right on the rotating pan and cooked it according to the suggested time. It came out perfect. Browned on the crust including the bottom. A 12" pizza is the perfect size for the oven.

I have a small countertop convection oven at home. I bake cornbread in it and have even baked chicken in it. I also bake small batches of cookies when we are wanting something sweet. It really preheats fast.
