Just wanted everyone to know how disappointed I am in the warrenty on RPODS. I bought a new 2010 from Colonia Del Rey in Corpus Christi. They ran it through the PDI process. I picked it up and brought it home and did a detailed inspection. I found my 172T tent was ripped at the corners and the stiching gave out when it was folded up. The generic instructions do not cover how to fold it up and the dealer folded it up with the tent attached to the bed board. It causes strees on the fabric which caused the stiching to rip. I took pictures and they said it was up to rpod, still no response. I found the inside trim above the tent area loose on the left side (one broken screw and one screw not screwed in), I fixed that. I found the trailer harness had been worn from being dragged down the road, their response "well youmust have dragged it going home", the hell I did. I have had it for about a week and a half, parked at my place. Went out Sunday to put on the license plate and found the lleft emergancy slide window broken and laying on the ground. Colonia's response "it will be up to rpod", rpod's response is " it must have been struck by something". I will never deal with Colonia or Forest river again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems anytime you talk to them it is your fault, well it has been every time on this trailer. I told them this was a brand new trailer they had in older stock and I should not have to deal with warrenty issues on a new trailer that I have not even used yet! Both places SUCK in my opinion..............................
