We are loving our RPod and have camped 3 times already. My husband and I do well together, but when our 16 y/o daughter comes along she adds another deminsion. The first night with us she flipped and flopped on the top bunk so much my husband finally said, "Logan! Be still! You're rocking the house!" We laughed for 15 minutes about that. Now I know it's a trailer, but is there any way to better stablize the Pod? Rocking the house is not quite like rocking a craddle.

I just finished installing a set of stabilizer jacks on the front of our 172. They're the BAL Tent Trailer Stabilizer Jacks, 17" model, very similar to the ones that came on the back of our Rpod. Got them from RVDirect online for $52/pair, plus shipping. Installation is pretty easy, they come with all the hardware. All you need is a drill and a ratchet.

That is about the only way to stabilize it.  Three points on the ground just don't make it stable.

I recently installed the same set of BAL stabilizers on my 172.  It made a huge difference.  The trailer is now rock solid when all four stabilizers are down.  No more bounces and/or jiggles.
