I'm game, but we need to make reservations soon for Labor Day. Anybody else? Rosemary?

Rick is not too thrilled at the thought of pulling through Pigeon Forge. Has anyone done that? We were in southern Indiana today and visited a couple of campgrounds near Lawrenceburg, IN. The Little Farm on the River campground was nice. It is not far from 2 casinos, one to the south and one to the north of it. The area down by the river would be good for a group. One section had trees. Another campground (which we did not visit) was Lake in the Pines. I think someone on here had mentioned it. I MAY be able to talk Rick into going to Pigeon Forge.

The rewards of the journey far outweigh the risk of leaving the harbor...unknown

Rosemary, yes, I have pulled my pod to another campground across the road from Clabough's. you only have to drive thru Sevierville, not Pugeon Forge. Wear's Valley Road is where you turn off the main road and it's at the beginning of Pigeon Forge. I was a little leary of it myself but it really wasn't bad at all. There is a lot of traffic thru there, but I just stayed in my lane and it was okay.

I have been to Little Farm on the River and loved it!! So whatever you all decide, I
I'm in. Ella would more likely go to Indiana. Alan and Carie wouldn't have too far to go either. Little Farm might be the best bet
