Out for the weekend, it's a bit cold but very sunny.  Also got a chance to try our new Coleman stove/grill combo.  Works great out of the garage on our 181G.  If you like to cook and eat al fresco it is perfect!

B & M, I hope you like your new Coleman as much as we like our Coleman Roadtrip--in fact, it's the only grill we own now. It barely fits in the storage compartment of our RP 175.  I'll bet your Pod doesn't stress your Ford too much.

P/S 2 Yorkies + 1 Lhasa (Pete, Mojo, and Jennie) = 1 small full size dog. Dogs ask for so little and give us so much, huh?
33 years in the classroom was enough. I miss kids, coaching, and some of the adults. Grading papers? Forget it!

How is the campground?

We are planning to come down that way next year, and are going to try the TT's down there. My brother is in Waco, there is one just a few miles from him (Lake Whitney), but we plan to spend a month or so, and just park hop some..

Hi,
We have not stayed at the TT in Lake Whitney but love that lake, high limestone cliffs and clear deep water, very beautiful.  I have graphed greater than 100' depth by the large bridge.
We usually camp Tawakoni and Bridgeport at least a few times a year.  Texoma is also pretty good.  Nicer facilities (pool, etc) and you can have wine out of a real glass instead of a solo red cup.
