We are Bob and Kari from Florida.  Last week we returned from a 6000 mile trip out west and traded our older 18' Zoom (Dutchman Aerolite) in on a 2010 R-Pod 173.  Prior that this, we owned a 34' Bounder motorhome with 2 slides, but have adjusted to the smaller size trailers.  Our tow vehicle is an AWD 2010 Santa Fe with the 274 hp V-6 engine.

We have already made a few mods to our pod, but still want to purchase a R-Dome.  I have been watching domes from 2 eBay vendors, but I am not certain what width to buy or even if these particular ones will fit our trailer.  Both have 1/4" beads, while the opening on our pod's rail is 1/4".  So, my 2 questions are  (1) what width should I buy and (2) is my rail opening too large, as is?  The 2 auctions I have been watching are:

If anyone knows of a more appropriate awning or another source with a better price, please let me know.
