We're heading up to Couch's Sept. 15 to pick up our 178 the next day.  After walk through we hope to spend two nights at the nearest campground to acclimate ourselves and make sure we did a thorough walk through.  I have found Winton Woods Campground which is 14 mi. south of Couch's and, therefore, on the way home to TN.  Anyone on here had experience with that Campground?  Any other suggestions.  Ray at Couch's suggested Huseston Woods SP.  Tks.

We drove about an hour southwest to Big Bone Lick State Park near Union, KY.  The hosts were very helpful getting our R-Pod backed into our space.  We did not realize how difficult it was going to be for us.  The Park was adequate.  One bath/shower each for men and women.  They were not the best we've seen.  The water hookup was more than 25 feet from the Pod necessitating the purchase of another hose. We arrived Thursday to a relatively quiet park but it was full by Friday night.  Good to see so many families enjoying the outdoors.  These Pods sure do attract lots of attention and curiosity, eh!

Welcome to the general podding area.  Lot of us in the few states area here!

Big Bone Lick is an okay spot, not our first pick or anything but it's nice if that's where you end up.

Good luck with the rest of your Podding and let us know any other issues or questions you might have.
