When the r-pod is unhitched, and level front to back, what is the distance from the ground to the bottom edge of the ball coupler?

Also, is there a preferred WDH by the participants of this forum? (make and model please)

Thanks

Welcome to forum. Don't know the distance off hand but a trick some of use is to mark the disdance on a piece of wood and use it as a template each time we hook up. Our HD hitch is Equalizer 2 and have been using it for 5 years including 2 long trips in rockies.   Hope this helps. Thom

Actually, it depends on model year and options. In general it will be either 18 or so inches, or 21 or so inches to the top of the ball..
