Setting out for our first excursion in January.  Need suggestions for setting up my RPOD kitchen.  What are my must haves?  I don't want to over pack.

Well... take what you need to cook what you plan to eat I guess.. The biggest thing to know/do, is take the battery out of the smoke detector before cooking, or cover it with a shower cap.

Hi Paul
the best thing is to make up a list of things you will need for kitchen utensils.  Also supplies like plastic bags tin foil, paper towels, etc.  Having drawer organizers for silverware and other items helps Try to minimize breakable items.  I use disposable plates, cups.  You want to limit the amount of water you are using.  I use bottle water for drinking, coffee, and use tank water for clean up.  To organize the cabinets I use small baskets to store things. As to food, I keep it simple with things that are easy to fix.  I usually have my main meal in the nearest town.  I travel by myself so this works for me.  You want RVing to be fun,not work.  Keep it simple and enjoy!
