Towel Cabinet in 190 Dry Bath

I am thinking of building a 30"X14" towel and washcloth cabinet above the toilet in the R190.  
I will have to custom build this since I would probably shop forever for the correct size.
The only place that I can safely mount this is on the outside corners since there is really no support between these two studs.
I can see that I have to be careful since there is an electrical outlet and a tv plug in on the opposite side of the wall in the bedroom and they too, are attached to this stud I am going to use.  So, careful measurements is a must here.

I have removed some paneling and "rebuilt" the area under the sink adding a tremendous amount of storage to the kitchen.
