Tom: How did you attach the channels to the wall..screws or mollys or what? How much space is behind the wall before hitting the outside wall? What a great idea.

In total the walls are 1 1/4", the door is 1 7/16" thick.
The roof is 1 1/4" thick. However where the ceiling goes from flat into the curve front and back there is a false ceiling, that is where the wires are.
