When I get back from TN I'll have to make it. After all, bacon, BBQ sauce, BBQ rub and sausage.........what could be better!

So TerryM, own some stock in the Burnt Finger BBQ company?
Another bacon favorite of mine is bacon-wrapped scallops. MMMmmm.
Recently saw a rerun of one of those cooking shows on Food Network, its the one with the guy that "drives" to different cities to check out restaraunts. Don't remember the name of the show. Anyway, the show I saw I think he was in one of the northern states, might have been Wisconsin... and this restaraunt served everything with bacon, on bacon , or covered with bacon. The only cooking fat they used - bacon fat of course. Even desert had the bacon touch... bacon pie, bacon ice cream...
My wife and I were SO ready to jump in the car and make a road trip. Right after getting refills on our cholesterol medicine and signing waivers with our life insurance company.

Oh, and on Saturday nights the place offers free all-you-can-eat-bacon as long as you are buying beer. You get baskets of bacon instead of bowls of peanuts.

And here I opened this post thinking someone's bacon had exploded while cooking in the microwave - and what a mess that was going to be to clean up!

I'd rather be Podding. :)
