I couldn't wait for the Texas Round-up and also for those who can't make it. Here's how to make Cookies.
I use two small metal pizza plates. Preheat convection oven to 350degrees Use a butter spray like PAM, I used break apart cookie dough. Place about 8 squares fit on the pizza plate. Bake for 12 minutes YUM YUM COOKIES Lee

We enjoyed biscuits and muffins this weekend in Gatlinburg. The convection oven is awesome.
It is confusing to enter the cook time because it asks for hours first. I can never remember that fact so I set the muffins for 2 HOURS and something when I was shooting for 20 minutes.

Peter- Make sure you have nothing else plugged into the outlet where you have the oven plugged in the camper. On ours, the second outlet was sealed at the factory to prevent anyone from plugging in a second device.
