Last weekend while Halloween trick-or-treat camping, we carved some pumpkins. Perfect opportunity to break in the convection oven. I love pumpkin seeds.
1. Clean off the goo.
2. Preheat to 250F.
3. Spread a thin layer of seeds over a sheet of tin foil (bent up at the edges) or a shallow pan.
4. Spray or apply oil all over the seeds.
5. Salt to taste.
6. Roast for 20 minutes.
7. Enjoy - best while still warm!
