Hi Podders!
It has been an extremely long day...but as I head to bed I look out my kitchen window and see our new r-pod 176...can't wait to use it soon! Our R.V. dealership ArrKann R.V. in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada gave us a thorough 3 hour orientation for our new pod...a shout out to our man Copeland...it is going to take me awhile to figure everything out, but looking forward to the challenge...Cheers everyone and hope to see you at a campsite soon!

Welcome New Podders
Seems to be several Pods in Alberta, be sure to add yourself to the location map, if you have problems just put you city and state, and you'll get added. Lee |

WOOT! for Alberta ![]() I am in Okotoks which is just south of Calgary I hope you love camping in your Pod as much as we do in ours ![]() We bought ours just before the May long weekend and have been on 4 adventures (about to embark on our 5th trip) each trip helps figure out what we think needs changing or "modding" next. Today we are figuring out our own custom awning that will stay attached to the POD. Testing with a tarp first then will get a real canvas when its right Also I just want to sing the praise to 3m for there command hooks THEY ARE AWESOME!!!! and help with so many things... I should really look at stock choices with them ![]() anyways I ramble on..lol Grats and happy podding!

Hey we just bought from them too on the 17th and had Rae help us with our 173T, Copeland was helping someone right beside us with their tent trailer. We drove it home no problem then backed it into our driveway but after adding a bit of weight to it with some stuff we had to raise our SUV up just to get the hitch on. So we've decided to take it into City Springs to get some risers installed on Wednesday. Some really good photos of mods here and some even sound very easy. Everyone we've showed the pod to thinks it's kind of neat or thinks its like a cute little retro toaster. We should get an Alberta Pod Roundup going, I've met a few from here and Calgary on this board. I was thinking maybe a Drumheller or Red Deer camping area. Welcome to the board and hope to hear more from you soon. |
