Does the tank have to be full to use the outdoor shower? And can it run indefinately and with hot water for a shower??If so, how do you do it?

The outside shower runs off the fresh water tank if the water pump CB is on, the tank has water in it and will supply hot water if the water heater is functioning.  It will run off the city water connection if it hooked up and on, and again the hot water has to be on to supply heated water.  The freshwater tank does not need to be full, but it has to have enough water in it for the water pump to prime.

Similar issue/question? With our unit hooked up to city water๐Ÿ’ฆ (and a pressure regulator installed) we noticed having weak water pressure from the outside shower ๐Ÿšฟ? Tried cleaning out the lines, and will try removing the in line water pressure regulator to test for better volume.

You can try that.  Typically the Pod has smaller supply lines, so expectation should not be like your home pressure.  Might check for any bends or kinks.  The city water pressure will be dependent on the water pressure supply (with a clean filter, if using one, and mounted with flow in the right direction), the regulator is a high pressure regulator, my regulator is adjustable.
